3. Promote gender equality and empowerment of women
4. Reduce child mortality
5. Improe maternal health

“The (4Ps) is a poverty reduction and social development program of the Philippine government which aims to address poverty by providing cash assistance to poor families in order to “break the intergenerational poverty cycle through investments in human capital.”
